The Master Account is ideal for organisations with a Head Office
and Branches, Agents, Stores, etc.
It allows the Head Office to set up the majority of content for
a newsletter, then send the content to each branch for
customisation before sending it.
This gives you a consistent and uniform corporate eNewsletter,
whilst allowing branches to add local content before sending it
to their own customer list.
Here's how it works for each party:

A 'master' account is set up for the Head Office.
The Master account can create new newsletter editions
based on a master template. You can view and test the
newsletter as with a normal eNewsletters Online account,
and the newsletter can be sent direct to a specified
mailing list if required.
Once the content is complete in the Master template,
that newsletter with the content included is then
forwarded to each sub-account.

Branches / Sub Accounts |

Each branch / store / agent (sub-account) is set up with
a full eNewsletters Online account and a personalised
version of the master template. This personalisation can
include things like an agent's photo, branch address and
contact details, mobile phone numbers, etc.
Once the newsletter is sent from the Master account with
the content included, the newsletter can be edited by
the sub-account to add an article or two of their own to
personalise the newsletter even further. This can
include store-specific promotions, local-area events, or
general articles specific to the sub-account. The
sub-account also has the option to not add their own
articles - sending the newsletter as-is with only the
articles from the Master.
When the newsletter is complete, it can be sent to the
sub-account's mailing list of their own customers or
contacts. Each sub-account has full control over their
own mailing lists.
eNewsletters Online has strict access security which
means that a sub-account will only be able to see their
own newsletters and mailing lists, and will not be able
to see the newsletters or mailing lists of any other
sub-account, or any other eNewsletters Online client.
