Set your own From / Reply email address and name |
We let you specify the "From" email address and the "Reply To" email address for your newsletters. In each case you can specify both the email address as well as an alias for it. This means that recipients get to see your name as the sender and the email is from one of your email addresses.
By allowing separate From and Reply To email addresses you can separate the two activities. For example, you may want to use newsletters@your-domain.com as the sender (From) but have any resulting enquiries to enquiries@your-domain.com.

HTML or Text only send |
Most recipients can receive HTML email but for those that can't you can easily set them to receive a text version of your newsletters.

Test send your newsletter |
When authoring a newsletter it is handy to be able to test it on a few recipients before you send it to your whole list. You have all of the standard list maintenance facilities on your Test List so you can add and remove recipients as you need to.

Send to single email or to a mailing list |
Usually you'll send your newsletter to a list but from time-to-time you'll want to send to just one recipient. You can do this and have the recipient added to your mailing list at the same time. This feature is ideal when a new customer says "Send me your latest newsletter and add me to your mailing list".

Access to all historical newsletters - include links to them on your website |
Every time you create newsletter we create a copy of the newsletter as a webpage. This means that there is always access to your past newsletters (for the duration of your subscription).
You can easily link past copies of your newsletter to your website so you can publish your past newsletters with minimal effort.

Warning when you are close to your send limit |
You can select the number of sends you require as part of your subscription. So that you can keep track of your send limit, we give you a warning when you are close to your send limit, and you can always upgrade online if you need to.
