What can I change? |

Within a Generic template, you can change:
- the date or issue number;
- your name & address details;
- all article headings (which get copied into the "In This Issue" section);
- all article content including images.

Can I change the template layout? |

When you purchase a subscription, you can choose from one of the generic themes and that theme is linked to your account. Your account will allow you to add templates with any article configuration you like - up to 6 main articles and up to 5 side articles - using that theme.
For instance, you can add a template with 4 main articles and 2 side articles for your monthly newsletter, then add another template with just 1 main article for notices, all using your chosen theme.

How much content can I enter? |

Each main article will allow for approximately 2,000 words each.
Each side article will allow for approximately 600 words each.

Can I include images? |
|
Absolutely.
If you purchase the WYSIWYG Editor option, you can include any number of images in your articles, and place them where you want.
If you have a base template (without the WYSIWYG Editor option), you can include one image per article in a set position.

Your Own Header |
|
You can have your own header artwork included in a generic template.
This is something you can do within your account - just go to the Templates area and upload your header. You can even change it from time-to-time at no additional cost.
There is a small additional fee for this service, you can select it at the time you place your order. The header should be 680 pixels wide, and we recommend 100 pixels high.
This allows you to have a cheaper option than a full customised template, but still have it personalised.

Can I remove the Ad in the footer of the template? |
|
Each Generic template includes a small ad in the footer that looks like this:
The ad can't be removed from a free generic template. If you'd like a template without the ad, click here for information on our custom designed templates.

Subscribe A Friend |

Get your recipients to spread the word and build your list. You can choose to have your template include a Subscribe A Friend feature at the bottom of your templates.

SPAM Compliance built in |

All templates include an unsubscribe link in the footer, and any unsubscribes are handled by eNewsletters Online automatically for you.
In addition, each newsletter you send is preconfigured to include your details as the Sender. This is a requirement of most Anti-Spam legislation so we make it easy for you to be fully compliant.
