eNewsletters Online runs completely from an Internet-connected server. You access it via an industry-standard browser. This means that there is no software to install, it is always available and you can access it from any computer that is connected to the Internet.
You don't pay per user, you pay per account so that means you can author and manage your newsletters from work, home, a cafe or even as part of a team.
In addition, because eNewsletters Online is run completely from a server, sends do not clog-up your Internet connection and there is no need to leave you computer on for recipients to access images or click-tracking.

eNewsletters Online requires that all users utilize a "strong" password for the protection of all information. In addition, we use state-of-the-art firewall and security technology to ensure that your information is safe and secure.
The servers are hosted by a top-tier hosting provider with state-of-the-art network operations centre. In addition, our system is secure, has daily backup, active anti-virus monitoring, and high-speed network connection.

Generous Server allowances |
|
The use of the eNewsletters Online server is subject to limits based on your subscription level but we think they are quite generous.
Each subscription level has a data transfer allowance FROM the software server of 1,000Mb per month per 10,000 sends. This equates to 100Kb per email. For instance, to send the full 10,000 emails on a 10,000 level subscription, each email must be less than 100Kb in size.
We also give you a generous allowance of 100Mb for storing your uploaded files - at no extra cost!
