Double Opt-in |
Anti-Spam legislation places a strong burden on all email senders to make sure that recipients have fully consented to receive emails.
We use a double opt-in process whereby when recipients request to go on your list, we send them a confirmation which they must confirm before receiving your newsletters. This two-step process guarantees that the recipient has given full consent.
The easy part for you is that we do it all for you so there's no need for you to worry about it.

Automated unsubscribe facility on all templates |
Each newsletter you send includes an unsubscribe link in the footer. Any unsubscribes are handled by eNewsletters Online automatically for you. You can request to be notified of the unsubscription - but you don't have to maintain the mailing list manually.

Your details as Sender included in all templates |
Each newsletter you send is preconfigured to include your details. This is a requirement of most Anti-Spam legislation so we make it easy for you to be fully compliant.

You can't re-add an unsubscribed recipient by mistake |
Anti-Spam legislation requires that you accurately action every unsubscribe request. We make it easy for you to do that by ensuring that you can't mistakenly re-add a recipient that asked to be removed.
Grant of consent to all your lists or opt-in / opt-out per list |
Our comprehensive consent model allows recipients to unsubscribe from one of your lists but not another. This means that they can get your monthly newsletter but not your press releases, for example.
In addition, we give recipients a simple way of revoking consent across all lists. This gives you the extra protection that you don't mistakenly send further emails to those recipients, making sure you are 100% compliant with Anti-Spam legislation.
